How many of us use them
- Start with the checklist, then the resentment inventory. The Book takes resentment first because it's the one that kills the most of us.
- Work down the columns, not across: list every name in the first column before filling in the rest.
- Fear and conduct come after. The conduct sheet follows the Book's own review of our relations.
- Then take it to Step Five — to a sponsor or another person we trust.
Prefer to type? The same three inventories are on the Step Four page, worked one row at a time — and the file stays with you. Work Step Four on screen →
